Specifies whether or not to display a border for the frame.

Valid values are 0 and 1. 0 specifies no border, and 1 specifies an inset border. In addition, "Yes" and "No" are supported corresponding to 1 and 0, respectively. Invalid settings defaults to turning on borders.
